Birthday gift

Technically, today is my birthday (Manila time). Eversince I sojourned here in HNL, I have been following the Philippine clock when celebrating the day of my birth. I mean, I was born and bred there, so it's just right. Haha. For the past twenty-one years that I've been breathing, I can say that I'm trully blessed. The Lord has been so good to me. I'm thankful for living this kaleidoscope life that he has given me! I can say I MOSTLY have everything, so I don't know why I should ask for more. But of course, I cannot not ask good health and happiness, not just for me but for my loved ones too:)

Since turning 21 is supposedly special for the gentlemen, I got myself a very special gift (yes, self-gift! I love myself:P). After Earning my allowances for months, I finally got something that I've been coveting since my birthday in 2008!

A Philip Stein wrist-watch!

It's actually very discreet. Only those in the know will notice it (like Oprah Winfrey lang naman!), but who cares. The moment I saw it, I fell in love with it. And mind you, it took a lot of courage to actually get it (read: pay for it!). It's worth it though, as it's not just a mere time piece--it claims to alleviate negative energy in one's body (or something to the tune). Nice! haha. Anyway, I guess I won't be buying anything soon since I have no more money left. My pockets may be empty, but I'm happy. Happy birthday Phil!
