Random Thoughts and Resulotions

Thoughts:

1. I'll be going to the optamologist later on to have an eye exam. I know everything is going to be fine, but the hypochondria in me is attacking (again). I know this is not good. I should stop. Postive thoughts. lalalalala. On a lighter note, I can't wait to get a pair of new glasses:-)

2. School starts next Monday. Can't wait to see everybody again in Fil202. Hope to meet more friends in Com classes too.

3. the cover for Preview's Jan/feb issue is none other than its fashion editor at large, Liz Uy! I love her! Seriously. The way she writes and styles for the said magazine is muy bien! This is a must have issue. I'm making kulit my cousin to get this for me ASAP.

4. I've been thinking of exchanging my recently bought Prada flat bag to this style:

However, I'm a little bit apprhensive mainly because the skull design is too much for my liking. It is ironically classic and I know it will match me naman kahit papano. The size is just right, but will it last? It's a limited edition, and I guess it's considered an 'it' bag, but 'it' bags don't really last for a very long period of time. It's either this, or the other plain variant in a bigger size. what I have is a little small for me, and I honestly don't like that. If I'm gonna spend this much on a bag, then I better get something I love because it's very rare that I get to own these things (probably my last haha)

5. I miss the Philippines. If God permits, I hope to see everyone after spring semester. What can I say? There's no place like home.

6. My dad must think I'm really dumb because I was not able to pay his bill online last night (and I could careless because I know I'm not). It wasn't really my fault; macbook was not letting me proceed to the next step. Oh well.

Resolutions

1. New mantra: "Do I really need this?" If I see something in a store, but can honestly live without having it, then I won't buy it. It's about time that I become more practical (operative word: more)
