Masaya Day
haha. Can't really think of a title:-) anyway, today was a fun day. after FIL202, I saw Karl and Aizza (again). As usual, we gossiped. but Karl needed to leave right away because he had a lab class so I was left with Aizza who was so nakakaloka (in a good way ha!). We then saw Joyce inside Paradise Cafe and gossiped more (we all live for gossips! haha). After Aizza left, Joyce and I were supposed to study for midterms but we ended up talking stories. In short, we were not really productive. haha. While eating lunch, someone tapped my back and suddenly uttered: "uy Ateneo." I was like, "huh?" haha. Apparently, it was a finance major named Garry who's apparrently Filipino. I guess he heard Joyce and I conversing in Tagalog so he approached us. He was surprised that there are Filipinos FROM the Philippines in UH-M. *He studied in Xavier, and apparently, he hates people from La Salle Greenhills and I was like wth. haha* It was nice to meet a fellow Filipino who speaks Tagalog! I then invited him if he could join the editorial board at Katipunan Mag, and he said he'll think about it *he gave me his contact information*
After that, Joyce and I gossiped more about certain people. haha. Never ending gossips! Nik then came out of no where and asked me if I would still be jogging with him, Eri and Mo. I said no because I thought I needed to study, plus, I didn't have any extra clothes. I however felt lethargic so I decided to just go. Since I didn't want to jog in my polo shirt, I headed to the bookstore and bought a university t-shirt, which was around $10. There goes my money!
At around past 4:30 in the afternoon, Joyce and I headed to Bale to meet Nik who was already with Mo. I told Joyce to join us, but she said she needed to attend a meeting. We then left the university and headed to Mo's dorm. After changing, we headed to the lower campus locker room to store our (Nik and I) bags. Eri was supposed to come too, but she was busy. We then headed back to the main campus (East-West Centre) to start jogging sana, but Mo's knees started to hurt and he couldn't really jog so we opted to walk instead all the way to Manoa Valley (not sure). We felt as if we were in the province! haha. Dami kasing mountain view (heller, our university if located in Manoa! haha). It was fun conversing with the two. We talked about anything and everything (mostly UK vs US haha).
We needed to go back to Mo's dorm after our "jog" because he also needed to attend a meeting. While heading back, I recieved a text from Eri asking me to go gallivanting. I asked where, and she said Wal-Mart. haha. I said okay, so I left Mo and Nik and waited for Eri by the law school. At that time, I felt and looked so haggard! but it was okay. Todo sa pagbuhos ng perfume ang lolo para fresh paren. haha.
While at Walmart, I looked for the latest HP dvd because I assumed it was already available (it was earlier shown at the campus centre, but no thanks to the sales associate, I learned that it's not yet released. I however later learnt in Barnes and Noble that it will be released in April pa pala!). After Eri finished her business at Walmart, we went to a nearby Starbucks and ate dinner (tinapay lang kasi pobre ako!) and headed home na:-)
