Filipino Fiesta

May 5, 2012

This time, I went to the aforementioned event as a volunteer, which was cool. I didn't really plan on volunteering. But tita Ime asked me so. Ganito kasi yon. School was already tapos, but I still needed to submit my final paper for one of my classes. Eh I went to the tita's office para maka print. So yon. Nag usap na about the fiesta and that they needed more volunteers. I singlemindedly said yes because It was a good way to be involve with the Filipino community. And I'm glad I said yes because it was fun talaga! I got to meet celebrities from the Philippines as well, but I really didn't care. haha. After all, they're only human, like you and me. After spending my whole day at the park,  I headed back to my dorm after and studied some more for my media law exam final exam. huhuhu.
with Megumi. She's Japanese, but she's Pinoy at heart. She's speak fluent Filipino too. She was my "date" at the banquet, and also my date at the fiesta. She was excited to go because she wanted to eat Filipino food and meet celebrities. haha. Unfortunately, she had to go home early because she had a headache.

Richard Guttierez was not accomodating at all. I could tell he was piss. haha. You can tell his smile is so plastic or parang napipilitan lang.

Jay-R on the other hand was way better. He smiled throughout the whole fiesta and he was very enthusiastic.

I fell in love with his shoes. He was laughing when I asked him to photograph it. He obliged in the end. hahha. The blue just enthralled me. I love blue:-)
