Fun Day

I was off today, and I went to Tita Ime's office at school to visit. Kuya Lester was there too. It's oh so fun making kwento with the two. Never a dull moment. On a different note, UH-M is so different now! Renovations are almost done. Finally. And quite honestly, I'm so excited to be a student again next semester! You know what else I'm excited about? The new recreation centre (got to lose my post-college weight gains). I honestly don't know if I can use it however. Apparently, the alumni cannot use it even though part of our tuition were invested in building it. Where's the fairness????

Anyway,  Tita needed to go to a meeting. So Kuya and I decided to go the Mall. We first headed to Nordstrom. Kuya bought an Iphone case. Okay na sana, kaya lang naisinis kami dahil walang pumansin sa amin. Hmmp.

Then headed to Neiman Marcus. Ahh. Neiman Marcus - the creame de la creame of all Department Stores (though my personal favourite is Barneys New York). It was nice going back to Neimans after a while. I interned there once upon and time, and everybody still knows me. Saw my former bosses (Wendy and Vince) and they were such sweethearts (Vince told me I still look young. Haha). Kuya Lester ultimately bought a bag. It was a good purchase! Hehe. I discovered that Manolo Blahnik now makes shoes for men! Wahh. Will probably get one in the future and I become a full-fledge hotelier. Hihihihi

We went to other several stores like JCrew, but unfortunately (or fortunately), I didn't buy anything. Kuya however bought a lot. As in a lot! I've never seen anyone who shopped so much! Haha.

Met Tita Ime  (and Michi, a new acquaintance) later on for dinner at Max's (I guess her meeting was partially held there) Didn't really eat, just made some more kwento and discussed the incoming fiesta until closing time. Went home at past 10pm and here I am composing this blog.
