Latest Aquisitions

I've had my Macbook for almost five years now. I think I was in my sophomore year of undergrad at the time I purchased it. It was my first ever computer from Apple. I loved it. And I still love it. It contains my precious files from university and my travels. It still functions well up to this day. And aesthetically speaking, it still looks relatively brand new. I've never had a problem with it too. Pretty much, I can still use it for many years (though I already have to replace the battery).

But the opportunity of having a new one is something I couldn't pass. First of all, I'm a student again. That means availing higher education pricing, plus a $100 gift card. Second, I got some monetary gifts from my birthday. So it was the perfect timing.

So without further ado, here it is.

I decided to get the MacBook Air eleven inch variant because I'm all about convenience. It's perfect for someone like me who's always on the go! I've been fantasizing about owning this for the longest and finally, I have it. I'm so happy. *wink, wink*

As for the $100 gift card, I used it to get a WD MyPassport Portable Hardrive. Wee! Again, it's something I've been wanting to have for the longest (like since college). And finally, the universe conspired to let me own it. Haha

The yellow notebook on the left hand side is something that I got recently as well. It's Moleskine planner. I thought of getting one because it's about time I organize my life once again. Kidding aside, it's nice to jot things done the old fashion way despite our overwhelmingly advanced technology today :-)
