Reveal

Haven't done a "reveal" in such long time because I simply don't talk about my spending musings, but this one much deserved.

I can safely say that I've been working too hard, and I thought of treating myself to cheer me up. I didn't really intend on getting a new wallet because really, do I need a new one? But embarrassingly, I seem to have a slight fascination towards small nylon or leather goods.

I was randomly perusing the website of of Oki-ni, a UK based e-retailer, and then all of a sudden, a particular piece by Marni x Porter caught my eye. It wasn't the conventional wallet I'd usually buy myself, but rather a mixture of blue, black and army green (the only one missing is grey. hehe) - hues that predominantly dominate my wardrobe. I really liked it, so I decided to order it singlemindedly last February 13. I got it Today, the 17th.

I have to say, I'm very pleased with the service from Oki-ni. They were efficient and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The only thing that bugs me out is the $20 shipping. But oh well! I love this wallet! It's light, it's new, not common, and most of all, well made!
