Blurry

The photo below would have been nice if it wasn't blurry. At least this shows that I actually have a life outside of work. Haha. It has been a while since I had gone out at night. I wish I was with my friends though. I miss them terribly!

So this is what happened - I finished work really early. Like 6pm (yes, that's considered early!). I had time to wonder around. I called Matet to meet me. Little did I know, she'd call my parents to tag along. HAHA. So I scrapped my plan of eating dinner at Tanaka of Tokyo which I asked Laurie to make RSVPS (because my parents wouldn't enjoy it). We initially thought of dining at the Cheesecake Factory, but there was just too many people! So we looked for alternative - and we found this steak and seafood restaurant called Atlantis. Don't know how to describe this restaurant. Mid Scale? I didn't really like the selection from the menu, and what I ordered was a total fail. Service was so-so too. Will probably not go back to to this restaurant. I paid for the bill, and left after consuming the food.

Off we went to H&M after. The store is sucks too. I don't understand because other H&M stores I've been to had great merchandise! Didn't buy anything so we headed home nalang.

A few pixies:

While waiting for my parents, Matet and I decided to play tourists. We went inside Moana Surf Ride, also known as "First Lady of Waikiki."  It is the very first hotel in Waikikiki built in 1901. It's a very beautiful hotel with a lot of history. And the lobby emits white tea scent which I love! It is after all a Westin Hotel :-)

As I've said, it's a very beautiful hotel. Not as grand as hotels in New York or Paris though :P
My parents look really young despite being in their early 60's. No wrinkles! Gotta love the Asian genes :D
I do not remember what I ordered exactly. It wasn't bad to be fair. But maybe I expected a lot? I loved the potato though.
FINISH!
On the streets of Kalakaua Avenue, heading home.
