Japanese Skin Care
I have always been extra indulgent with skin care. It all started in high school. I was very conscious about my looks. I had pimples and it left scars. I didn't like those icky spots so I searched high and low for the best. In 2008, the first year of college, I discovered that Japanese formulations work really well for me. They align with my skin type. So from then on, I've been solely using the latest from the Japanese market.
I must say though, over the years, I've been very loyal to Shiseido. They have a specific line for men, and I've been pretty consistent. I like SK-II, too. But It's becoming too mainstream. Lately, I discovered Three. It's exclusively available in Japan. And if you know me, I love things that are elusive to get. Haha. They recently came up with a line for men. I was intrigued. Maybe it's better than Shiseido? Hmm.
I got an unexpected small bonus from work. And I used it partially to order these from the land of the rising sun:
Perhaps they were overpriced. But Ahh, it's nice to indulge yourself and forget about practicality and guilt sometimes.
PS,
I need a new bottle of sunscreen, too. Again, I prefer it Japanese.
