Why Not?

Okay, so as already mentioned in an earlier post, my flight to Manila is confirmed. I'm quite excited! But what's even more exciting? A side trip to Hong Kong. I just realized that I have unused miles for this particular airline, and it's actually about to expire...so I decided to use the majority of it for a free flight to one of my favourite destinations in this world - Hong Kong! I have no plans there. Really. I just want to relax and sleep at one of my dream hotels, The Landmark Mandarin Oriental. Yup! I booked a room there. It's crazy expensive, but I figured, since I'm essentially flying for free (HNL-MNL-HKG), perhaps a splurge at a really fancy hotel wouldn't hurt. Plus, it'll be my birthday month so it's a nice little treat to myself. This is it pancit!
