Friday and Saturday

Last Friday, I decided to go to Waikiki after school. My plan was to get a facial wash. But I ultimately, I ended up at Dean and Deluca wherein I indulged myself with festive treats as I worked on some assignments. Ah, the Halloween is just around the corner! So exciting! I love Halloween very much! Though, admittedly, I haven't been able to fully enjoy the season because I'm loaded with so much work! I'm not overwhelmed because it's the life I chose. I just need more motivation, I guess.

Speaking of motivation, I prayed earnestly for it when I attended the 5:00 p.m. mass at Sts. Peter and Paul with Joyce on Saturday. The last time I heard mass at this church was in 2011 (I can vividly remember, I was with Joyce too!) when I prayed that I get admitted at AFAP. I've been praying more often now, now that the doubts are gone. But if I were, to be honest, I have not been going to the church. I'd be lying if I said I don't have time (because I have plenty of it). I guess it just hasn't been my priority. But I think I will be going more now because I felt a sense of peace in my heart :) 

 After mass, Joyce and I ate dinner at a Japanese restaurant nearby. Food was good, as always. After dinner, we drove around and even got lost. But tt was nice talking to her about life :)
