Hello!

Life is pretty hectic right now, thanks to my school assignments. I'm not complaining though as I know what I got myself into. Hehe. Anyway, tuition deadline for next semester is already due this week (on Friday to be exact), and I'm not going to lie, I'm worried because I haven't received any word from financial aid yet. Perhaps I could pay for it on my own using my savings, but do note that I don't have a job, and I'm currently using my savings to survive (aka pay my bills). I have enough naman but the aid would really help me! Sigh. Graduate education is expensive! It's not a joke. And quite honestly, it does not guarantee anything. However, it's really up to you and it's how you make the best of it. Based on the advice that I got today (thank you, Elena!), it's really about making connections while in school. That's what I'm going to do so that I may secure a job in a year or so (it's fast, huh?). Furthermore, it's really about following your passion. I attempted to think of alternatives, but I've risked too much to not do something I'm not passionate about. Haha. In the meantime, I just really want to concentrate on my coursework, and once I'm settled, I'll reach out to people :D
