New year, new hair (sort of)
It's the second to the last day of 2017. I can't believe its ending! Anyway, I decided to color my hair today. So I went to this posh salon at Ward. It was my first time there and I fairly had a good experience! It's a lot pricier compared to the other salon I normally go to (also at Ward), but everything is top notch. It is perhaps the most refined salon on the island. Plus, everybody was sooo nice! The only "ehh" part? I waited longer than scheduled as my designated colorist was styling another person. You know me and my punctuality! haha.
They offered me various drinks. I opted for a cup of cappuccino. Hey, it was complimentary. Otherwise, it would have been 5 bucks at Expresso cafe or at Dean and Deluca. Haha
The color I chose was quite spontaneous: blue-green. It hasn't really sunk into me yet because it may be too bold for my style. But why not? I want to face the upcoming year with a little of spontaneity. Along with a new hair color, I walked out with a bottle of Shu Uemura shampoo. It's sulfate-free, and it's supposed to prevent the color from fading.
