Ritz Philly

Stayed at the Ritz Philly for the first half of the conference. Well, it was okay. Everything about it was okay--room, customer service, amenities. It could have been much better! But I guess this is the hotelier in me. Honestly, nothing beats Asian hospitality and the way they pamper their guests. Just saying! I still had a good experience nonetheless. It was a Ritz property, after all.
